At Tandartsen Weeshuis, good care is central. We believe it is important that you can count on careful treatments, clear information and pleasant service. For us, quality means not only craftsmanship, but also attention to you as a patient.

Quality of care

We work according to the applicable guidelines within dentistry and base our care on scientific insights and guidelines from professional associations. Our team continues to develop through training and further education and by following new developments in oral care.

To ensure the quality of our care, our practice has been audited by the KNMT (Royal Dutch Society for the Advancement of Dentistry), the professional association of dentists.

Your opinion counts

We would like to hear how you experienced your visit to our practice. Your feedback, suggestions or compliments are valuable to us and help us to further improve our care and service. You can always share your experience with us, for example via a conversation or by contacting us.

Do you have a complaint?

Despite our efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a treatment or with our practice. In that case, we ask you to discuss this with us first. Often an open conversation can lead to a suitable solution.

If you cannot resolve the issue with us and would like support from an independent party? Then you can make use of the KNMT’s complaints procedure, in which an independent complaints officer mediates between you and us free of charge. This scheme has been renewed as of January 1, 2026.

Dispute

If mediation via the complaints officer does not lead to a solution, you can appeal to the Oral Care Disputes Committee. This is possible for a contribution of €75 and is only possible after the complaints procedure with the KNMT has been completed.
