We are available by phone between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 024 – 322 34 77. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we have a break from 10:45 to 11:15 AM and from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. On Thursdays, we have a break from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. We are then only available for emergencies.

For urgent complaints, please contact us by phone as early as possible in the morning, but no later than 10:00 AM. You can then be treated on the same day.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We may still be able to use the time reserved for you for someone else. We may charge you for appointments that are not canceled in time.

Please remember to inform us in good time of any changes to your contact details (email) address, telephone number and changes to your health or medication.
